Terms and Conditions


  1. Website uaeflowerdelivery.com is to order for flower delivery in the Emirates of
    Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaima and Ajman. Currently we do not
    have an arrangement to deliver in Fujeirah.

  2. Prices are for product and related service of delivery and thus there is no other charge associated with it. Prices given are in U.S.D and payment methods are also in same currency. Amount in Dirham is given for each item just for information of customers in U.A.E. Difference in exchange rate is applicable if the customer change the currency in 2checkout.com while making payment. If the option to pay cash or bank transfer is selected, customer can send the same amount that is given in Dirham.

  3. Pictures of the flower arrangements given in website are for demonstration purpose and actual item arranged by our florist would be by following the picture and number and type of flowers used would be exactly as mentioned. If in case any item is not available we will inform the sender and get his opinion to change it. Natural flowers that are sourced from different countries may differ in shade of color, size or number of blooms each day.

  4. Order submission and Response: Our working hours is from 8 AM to 8 PM U.A.E time. We respond and send immediate confirmations if the order is received during this time range. If an order is received beyond this time range response will be immediately on starting of next working hours.

  5. Payment is accepted by credit card online through 2checkout.com or paypal.com. Cash collection is facility is available only in Dubai. Bank Transfer, Western Union money transfer etc are provided upon further communications between customer and uaeflowerdelivery.com

  6. Cancellation of Order: An order for flower delivery in Dubai or any other Emirate can be cancelled if the sender wishes to do so for any reason. Request to cancel the order can be sent to the given email ID in website. If the order is already delivered it cannot be cancelled. Request to cancel the order need to be received at least 6 hours before the selected delivery time.

  7. Refund of Payment: If the payment is made by credit card online through 2checkout.com, customer can get refund immediately upon cancellation. If the payment is duplicated by mistake, second payment will be refunded immediately after finding out the same. Customer will be eligible for full refund if the refund is requested or issued within 3 hours of making payment. If the refund is issued after 2checkout.com processing and charging the credit card, there will be a 10% processing fee on sale amount.
